In need of hood springs for a 1967 bonneville, what other springs (GM) will work on my hood ?
Been junkyard hunting on the internet for a while...most people have the hinge/spring combo....i just need the springs ...i do understand why they wont separate them ...so is there any other spring that will work on my 67 bonneville ? open to all options

Don't know of anything off hand, but there is a resource directory on oldride that might have some more places you can contact. [url]http://www.oldride.com/directory/pontiac.html[/url] Or you can check out a Hollander Interchange manual to see what other make/models will work.

66-68 Ventura, Catalina, and Grand Prix will all work. I had all but the grand prix, still have the 67 Bonn convertible.... FYI, the 67 fenders will all fit too, but the Bonnie and Grand Prix are the only ones with marker lights. the hoods are all the same. bumpers/grills are the same except the grand prix which had pop-up head lights. back bumpers/trunk lids all fit too. (in case there is other things you need.) Happy hunting!
