All I can tell you is the engine was built Tonowanda, on the 9th month, 6th day and from what I can come up it's a truck engine .You'll need the block casting number which is on the back of the block to get the exact info. (year ) you are looking for..
Go to 348 / 409 engine suffix Date codes, or just google 348 / 409 engine
