A 69-70 fullsize Chev is an option--i.e. ball joints are the same, etc. However, there is some machine work involved. By the time you get done, time, effort, & money spent, a kit may be more economical. (also, these parts are getting scarce). Do some research and compare..... Another option might be to buy some dropped spindles (61's needed to be slammed a bit anyway) and then round up the donor parts in a local "U Pull IT" (most drop spindles use 79-86 Monte Carlo clones and/or S-10 parts)
