1968 Buick Special
The Special was upgraded to the Special Deluxe series and offered a 2 door coupe and 4 door sedan along with a 4 door station wagon models. Among standard items on the Special Deluxe models had a 250 CID V6 engine with 155 hp. The California GS carried the same model number as a Special Deluxe V8. Additional standard features included a heater and defroster, cigar lighter, front and rear ashtrays, energy-absorbing steering column, shoulder and seat belts, and other mandated safety equipment.
