 Vehicle Description
All 57 Chevys are alike, right? Wrong! Take a good, long look at this amazing 1957 Chevrolet 210 2-door and youll find a lot of time, effort, and money went into the build, with the result being a big-block show car that can hammer down the highway better than almost anything else on four wheels. Yeah, its pretty cool.

The color is somewhere between silver, gold, and tan, a wonderful, soft, sophisticated hue that gives the 210 a very expensive look. The investment in quality bodywork is evident everywhere you look and the simple 210 trim doesnt leave any areas for shoddy workmanship to hide. The deep, glossy finish not only makes heads turn with its unusual look, but its surprisingly easy on the eyes, hiding dirt and blemishes quite well, so you dont need to be afraid to drive it. A few liberties were taken, including shaving the nose emblem and punching some louvers in the hood, both time-honored custom tricks that seem to pay especially big dividends on the 57 Chevys. Spectacular chrome only enhances the sparkling, high-quality look and you know few things are more expensive to refinish than the brightwork on a 50s automobile. Add in the bright stainless body trim thats a highlight of the 210 models and you have a car that doesnt have a single wrong line on it anywhere.

Theres not much 1957 left inside with a pair of gorgeous custom buckets up front and new spectacular leather upholstery all around. The stock Chevy dash was slightly reworked and now houses a full set of bright Dakota Digital gauges in the original 3-gauge instrument panel and even though the overall look is pure 1957, it sure seems sleeker and more high-tech, doesnt it? A billet wheel with matching brown leather, plus carpets, and a custom center console all add to the modern feel and amenities such as A/C, power windows, power seats, and a tilt wheel mean that you never feel like youre driving a 60-year-old car. The styling is traditional, with pleats and careful attention to detail, but no car in 1957 ever looked this good. The stereo is an AM/FM/iPod system that sounds great to all the extra sound-deadening materials used during the build and the trunk is outfitted with more custom stitchwork as well as a full-sized spare.

Instead of a ho-hum small block, this spectacular 210 packs 454 cubic inches of fuel-injected big block V8. Like you, were tired of seeing garden-variety engines in these cars, and this mammoth torque factory will definitely impress passengers and onlookers alike. Its supremely smooth and thanks to the wonders of EFI, it starts quickly, idles smoothly, and pulls without a hitch. At shows, youll be extra proud to pop the hood and show off the color-matched mechanicals, including things like the alternator and A/C compressor, as well as valve covers and even the intake manifold. Its really impressive. Power steering and power disc brakes were added during the build and the custom dual exhaust system featuring ceramic-coated long-tube headers and Flowmaster mufflers has an awesome sound that wont be easy to forget. A TH400 3-speed automatic transmission feeds a rugged 9-inch Ford rear end and the suspension was lowered to give it a very cool stance. Right-sized Torque Thrust wheels look great and roll inside 205/55/16 front and 235/60/16 rear Goodyear radials.

With only 6900 miles since the frame-off build, this car cost a heck of a lot more to build than the asking price today. If you like a bit of sophistication with your performance, this Chevy delivers in a very big way. Call today!
