Second owner 57 ford fairlane 500 Skyliner 312 4 barrel with cruise-O-matic automatic transmission runs and drives perfect, top works, original motor and transmission, hubcaps, no cancer or rust on floors or body. Just a small amount along the strip rails for the trunk and a little on the trunk floor, original wood spare tire cover, all wiring original, not missing anything at all. Everything works even the clock.

Power steering, power brakes, power seat, padded dash, sunvisors ORIGINAL OPTIONS

all new: brakes, belts,hoses, electronic ignition, battery, shocks, tires, plugs, wires, cap, coil, tail lights, bulbs, ignition switch, new valve stem seals, new sending unit for fuel, new dome light, new fuel pump, water pump, power steering lines, new original style 4 barrel holly carburetor, generator, regulator, front suspension completely rebuilt and car was lowered. I am sure there are more I just can''''t remember right now.

NEEDS/BAD

Power steering control valve leaks so the belt is off (have a complete power steering replacement set up ready to be installed)

A few small rust holes in the spare tire well
A few rust bubbles on the rear 1/4 replacement panels coming through
Back dash has some minor rust damage
Speedometer seized up needs rebuild
There is some minor rust damage in the trunk drain channel where the deck lid weatherstripping sits
Interior redone and paint

extra roof parts, extra rear armrests, extra passenger fender,

I have ALL the recipts for all parts and service I have done on the car.

THIS CAR IS ONE OF THE FIRST 200 MADE THERE IS NO "SKYLINER" WRITTEN ON THE ROOF originally was white and silver mocha metallic two tone. the first 200 were built by ford as demo vehicles to show off the car. all the rest were special order only. this makes mine super rare especially with this color combo. most of the first 200 were white/ red or white/blue. it was built here in san jose.
