Inappropriate Feedback and Reviews

OldRide reserves the right to edit or remove feedback at their discretion. All feedback submitted on OldRide is reviewed by us before being submitted. Our decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding a reported feedback once a decision has been made.

Before you submit a review:

  • Make sure your review is factually correct. Don't exaggerate or misrepresent your experience.
  • Be specific! Simply stating, "I would never buy from them again," does not help anyone. Tell the world why, and have the information to back it up.
  • Don't use the feedback form to harass or rant about others. Reviews calling one another names will NOT be submitted.

Continuous postings of inappropriate feedback disputes between members will result in both feedback being removed. Feedback that is posted in a retaliatory manner after receiving an adverse rating by the receiving party will be removed once investigated and identified as being retaliatory.

OldRide has the sole discretion to delete feedback at any time without warning. Violation of the Feedback system could result in the following; listing cancellation, forfeiture of listing fees, and account suspension.

When leaving feedback, you are prohibited from posting any material that:

  • Interferes with anyone's use of this site
  • Reveals personal identifying information
  • Is abusive, illegal, indecent, obscene, offensive, racist, attempts to extort, or threatening in any way
  • Encourages anyone to break the law
  • Violates anyone's copyright or other intellectual or other property right
  • Interferes with the privacy of any other use
  • Contains a virus, links, or other harmful elements
  • Breaches any of OldRide's policies or rules. Feedback that is in violation of OldRide's policies will be removed immediately!

Remember, often times disputes can be resolved through open communication. What is written is a permanent part of a member's account and is what others base their judgement on. Please communicate with the other party before you consider leaving negative comments.
