Information about a particular vehicle, or item. The ad information is supplied by the seller and not by OldRide.com. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. All sellers must have the ability to transfer title or ownership before posting ads on OldRide.com. This means we do not allow brokers or third party advertisers to post ads online, without written consent from the owners of the vehicle or merchandise and the ability to transfer title or ownership of the item being listed. OldRide.com reserves the right to refuse service and remove ads at any time from any sellers, dealers or brokers that we feel are not meeting the terms and conditions in this user terms and agreement. The prices listed by sellers on OldRide.com often exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing, compliance fees, and other related charges, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular vehicle or item. Though we hope that all who come to OldRide.com will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we cannot verify the information sellers supply or guarantee the vehicle or item they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of a vehicle or item that the payment he/she gets from the buyer is valid. To list a vehicle or item for sale on OldRide.com, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information.
