This looks to be a 1959 Cadillac Fleetwood air cleaner housing with snorkel and lid, per search of like items online, please research your application before buying. An old Napa air filter 2092 was inside. Measures 20-3/4" total diameter, 3" tall, carb opening 4-1/4". Clean, might have been previously painted, snorkel is dented some but looks fixable.
