Surface rust only, clearly a western car. retains the original transmission mounts which is great if you're restoring an original. It also has had modern V8 mounts welded in, as well as late transmission crossmember. So you can configure this any way you need to. Has a decent, restorable set of GM rally wheels on it that are included. This is the way to build it gents.
