This R69S triple numbers matching bike is really sharp and would make a great addition to a museum or collection. Excellent restoration quality throughout, beautiful bright chrome, newer tires, professionally polished aluminum, excellent paint work. The cosmetics speak for themselves everything has been meticulously restored. The engine runs like new and has excellent compression starts and runs fantastic. According to the last owner the engine was completely rebuilt and it shows very high compression. The motor has no smoke on start up and while running sounds absolutely normal and healthy with that nice vintage BMW sound. Oil seals are good and bike is dry underneath. I would not be afraid to ride this bike coast to coast and for a buyer who would like to do just that we have a commercial airport nearby so a buyer could fly in and drive out with the bike. The bike has some wear from enduro saddle bags on the paint of the rear shock towers. (It''''s minor light scuffing and hard to see.) Gas tank and headlight bucket are great nice paint and no dents. Just a great bike. Title is clear in my name.
