DESCRIPTION
The black and blue color scheme on this 2016 Ford Mustang Petty King Premier Edition is bold and wild. Only 43 of these Petty Mustangs were built, and this one is No. 11. With only 6,675 actual miles on the Stang and with its Premier Edition status, it is clean, solid, and in near-perfect condition. There are painted Petty Blue badges all around the car, letting everyone know exactly what this Mustang is and where it was built. Even the brake calipers have Petty\'s Garage emblems on them, and they sit behind some of the coolest rims you\'ll ever see, complete with Petty Blue beauty rings to coordinate with the rest of the Mustang\'s colors. The hood is bold, the ground effects are bold, and the spoiler is bold; this car, all around, is just Bad-To-The-Bone.
The interior is super nice with no noticeable flaws. The front bucket seats are upholstered in Black Katzkin leather and feature suede perforated inserts with silver stitching. On the headrests, there are more Petty\'s Garage logos. In the center console, the shifter knob is custom-painted in Petty Blue, and blue neon interior lights keep the blue theme flowing. The face of the dashboard has an aluminum base finish, which gives it a kind of spacey look. There are special Petty door sills and floor mats, and on the dashboard, there is a Petty\'s Garage badge signed by Richard Petty.
Under the hood, squeezed between the fenders, is a Roush 5.0-liter Mustang Phase 2 supercharger kit specially calibrated to produce 727 horsepower. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission that connects to an upgraded 8.8 rear axle. The factory-style suspension has been lowered with upgraded coil-overs installed in the front, and in the rear, there are extreme-duty Trak Pak Ford Performance halfshafts. Installed in both the front and rear are three-way adjustable sway bars. A large aftermarket power disc brake system is also installed, featuring Wilwood calipers and drilled and slotted rotors. Bolted on at all four corners are 20-inch HRE 3-piece wheels wrapped in 265/35ZR20 front tires and 305/30R20 rear tires. To keep the Roush sound alive, dual exhausts run through a set of MagnaFlow mufflers.
