SUMMER OF 69 Event to benefit Kenosha Area Family & Aging Services (KAFASI)
In the wake of all the violence in the news, of children shooting children, it reinforces how important smaller non profits like KAFASI are. The agency was incorporated in 1969 at a time when our country was struggling to find and keep the peace as our boys were not planning for college but rather being swept off to war.
Our mission to promote healthy aging , healthy families and a healthy community is no less important today than it was in 1969.
This organization's programs promoting healthy families start with a pregnant teen mom and continue to the aged who can no longer care for themselves.
Please consider attending our event. It will be on SECOND Thursday in August from 5-9pm. Tickets are available on our Website: www.kafasi.org
or at our office on Sheridan Road Kenosha across from the King Fish.
