Nov 15,2015, Registration 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon, Entry Fee $10.00, Open to all makes and models, Dash Plaques for the first 200 cars, Participant judging, 50/50 drawing, 60 awards presented around 3:00 PM, Portion of proceeds to benefit Carroll County Hospice, Food available in Townmall Food court, Location- Townmall of Westminster Rt 140 and North Center Street. (Sears Parking lot)
