REGISTRATION TIME: 8:00AM - 9:30AM

PRE-REGISTRATION FEE: $10 per vehicle, $25 flea market, $20 auto sales

PRE-REGISTRATION CUTOFF DATE: August 8, 2014

DAY OF EVENT REGISTRATION FEE: $15 per vehicle, $30 flea market, $30 auto sales

DASH PLAQUES: Given to the first 100 vehicle to register

EXPECTED ATTENDANCE: 100+ vehicles

VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS: All vehicles must have a fire extinguisher
All vehicles must have a wheel chock
All vehicles must be driven onto the grass field
No trailers on the show field

AWARD PRESENTATION TIME: 1:30PM

CLASSES/AWARDS: Gary J. Arthur Memorial Award/People's Choice/Best in Show/EAAA Jay Herbert Memorial Award/Best of Class Awards (American Cars, Trucks, Corvettes, Euro Imports & Asian Imports) will be presented. Each winner receives a plaque. It is possible to win in more than one category, but it does not happen often. Participants vote for the Peoples Choice Award and the Class Awards. The EAAA club judges the memorials awards.
