Chevys in the Park Charity Car Show
The Corvette Club of Arizona will be hosting its 21st Annual "Chevys in the Park" Charity Car Show “on Sunday October 31st 2021, from 9A.M. to 2P.M. in Historic Downtown Chandler at the A.J. Chandler Park 3 S. Arizona Ave Chandler, 85225. The club invites all owners of Chevy cars and trucks, or those vehicles that are powered by a Chevy engine, to participate in the show.
The Corvette Club of Arizona will donate $10.00 from every registered car in the show to” Packages From Home”, a Phoenix based organization providing personal care and support items to active U.S. Military personnel stationed abroad and veterans. Over the past twenty years , the Corvette Club of Arizona has raised over $25,000 for this worthy charity.
“Chevys in the Park” has over 25 classes of cars to be judged by the participants and awards are presented for each class. There will also be special awards for Best Paint, Best Engine, Best Interior and overall l Best of Show for both Corvettes and Chevy Vehicles. New for this year will be a “Special Recognition Award” judged by the Car Show Committee (CCA Members Not Eligible)
There will be a D.J. playing your favorite “Oldies” and a 50/50 drawing!
Representatives from Packages From Home will be present to answer questions, share their mission and accept names and addresses of active military who would appreciate receiving support packages. There will be a station for children and adults to decorate the outside of the boxes that will be sent to the troops and they can also write personal notes to be included in packages.
The show held in 2019 displayed well over 100 beautiful and powerful assortment of all models of Chevrolet’s and Chevy powered Automobiles from the early1950’s to the 2019 from all neighboring communities throughout the Phoenix area.
Pre-registration for the show is $35.00 and the form must be received by October 24th ,2021. Day of the show registration will be accepted from 8:00 A.M until 9:30 A.M.for $40.00, based on space availability only. We anticipate a very large turnout for this year’s show because the Corona Virus cancelled the show last year! We are encouraging early registration to guarantee your vehicle a spot in the show. This year’s show will be limited to the first 150 cars to register.

The “Chevys in the Park” Show is free to the Public from 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. This is a great Event for all car enthusiasts and their families to enjoy and view a wide and varied assortment of Chevrolet vehicle and support out Troops abroad!
