Chili Cook Off, Car Show and Concert
Proceeds benefit Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA) in honor of Jax Bunton and Hearts for Jax.

Live music, hot cars, and Greensboro's best chili! All for a great cause! What more could you want?

We are hosting a fundraiser and would love for you to be there! We are looking for the best chili makers and the most amazing cars. Chili and cars will be judged by the public and all awards will be based on people's choice. Registration fee for cars and chili contest is $20. People will be given ballots when they arrive and we will collect ballots until 5:00. Prizes will be awarded beginning at 5:30.

Like live music? We will have some great local bands! Bands include The Raving Knaves, Irie Life, and Monk's Band.

Now, about the great cause I mentioned: All proceeds will go to COTA to help with transplant related expenses for children like Jax. Jax is a 5 month old local baby who received a heart transplant on March 10. He has been featured on Fox8. His story has a huge following and we expect a large turn out. You can read more about his story and the great work COTA does at the following websites:

https://www.facebook.com/heartsforjax
http://cota.donorpages.com/PatientOnlineDonation/COTAforJaxB/

Cost is $5.00 per person, children 6 and under are free.

So, bring your cars or your best chili and you could win an awesome trophy and bragging rights as well as help out a fantastic cause! Vendor spots are available!
