El Dorado Chevrolet's Semi-Annual Sheriff Terry Box “Collin County Auto Expo Benefit & Barbecue Cook Off” from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 2300 N. Central Expressway (Exit 42),McKinney, TX 75069 benefiting North Texas Guns & Hoses Foundation helping the families of our fallen Police Officers and Fire Fighters. Free to the Public. Also featuring a sanctioned International Barbecue Cooker's Association (IBCA) Barbecue Cook Off! with Brisket, Ribs, Chicken & More! Free Hot Dogs, Chips and Drinks for all participants and visitors complements of El Dorado Chevrolet. Outstanding live music on stage by the Kevin Deal Band. The full 27 class Collin County Auto Expo will feature upwards of 275 classic, antique and newer model show cars, trucks and motorcycles. In addition to 27 participant judged classes, special best of show trophies will be awarded including Best of Show Car, Best of Show Truck, Best of Show Motorcycle, Sheriff Terry Box Pick, El Dorado Chevrolet Pick and Outstanding Club Participation. Registration fee for Car Show Participants is only $15. Participant Registration begins at 9 a.m. and continues until 11:30 a.m. The Trophy/Awards presentation is planned for 1:30 p.m. and the car show event is scheduled to conclude about 2:00 p.m. Free commemorative Dash Plaques will be given to the first 50 registrants.
