American Graffiti Festival & Car Show

The 24th American Graffiti Festival & Car Show celebrates Modesto's cruising legacy and its fame as the hometown of filmmaker George Lucas. This charity event, sponsored by the North Modesto Kiwanis Club, raises money for local non-profits serving children and youth. The weekend opens with a Friday night classic car parade, followed by a two-day car show and music festival featuring cars 1980 and earlier. On Sunday, modern muscle and exotic cars share the spotlight as the Modesto Cars & Coffee group joins the fun.
