St Robert Auto Show is a new event added to the Outdoor Sportsman Show and BBQ Cook-off March 17, 2018. The Auto Show showcases and awards prizes to cars in 6 different classifications, there will be $15 registration FEE. The Outdoor Sportsman Show events includes: Outdoor Sportsman Show Vendors, BBQ Cook-off Contest, Food and Silent Auction Drawings.
Outdoor Sportsman Show Vendors Schedule:
Dates: Friday, March 16, 2018 Hours: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Setup 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.) Saturday, March 17 2018 Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: St Robert Community Center, 114 JH Williamson Jr Dr, St Robert, Missouri Cost: FREE to visitors
BBQ Cook-off Contestant Schedule:
Dates: Saturday, March 17, 2018 Hours: Cooking is done prior, on Friday Night and Saturday Morning. Judging is done on the Community Center Stage 10:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Five categories, Chicken, Pulled Pork, Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket, Specialty Sides and Kids BBQ.
Auto Show Schedule:
Date: Saturday, March 17, 2018 Hours: Registration opens at 8 a.m., set ‐ up cars “show & shine “, displays, vendors ready by 10 a.m.
10 a.m. to 4p.m.: Cars on display to public, (official judging 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.) Awards ceremony, drawings /raffles announced 12 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the stage in the Community Center.
Silent Auctions:
Silent Auction prizes announced 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on the stage in the Community Center.
