JUST IN, EVENT UPDATE 5/15/19: The wonderful people at Uncle Julio's have just added an Appetizer Buffet Menu to my grand event: Priced at only $13.00 per person and consist of Uncle Julio's Homemade Chips and Roasted Salsa Dips for Chips, Fresh Guacamole Chile Con Queso.
