Corvette Club of America Double Autocross

CCA April Low-Speed Double Autocross.

This will be our 1st Autocross event for 2019, and it's at a new venue. This will have a slight learning curve for us all.

This is a low speed Double Autocross, 2 AM & 2 PM sessions. When you first arrive your car will get teched-in to make sure your lug nuts are tight, the air pressures are good, there are no fluid leaks, and there is nothing loose inside the cabin or trunk. Hint: Empty your vehicle before you leave home. Any car that passes tech-in can be entered - it doesn't have to be a Corvette - no trucks. This is our new venue 2 roads west of BWI airport.

The Corvette Club of America has been holding autocross events for many years, and this is an excellent way to safely drive your vehicle, in a competitive environment, with little adverse effects to your car. You will enjoy the safe limits of driving, cornering and braking while learning the handling characteristics of your vehicle while having a great time. Also, experienced drivers can ride and give advice to "first-timers". And you'll have an enjoyable time meeting new folks.

Spectators are welcomed too. There's also a kart racing venue.
