Sugarloaf Mountain Region AACA is host of the 48th Annual Indoor/Outdoor Parts/Swap Meet to be held on March 23 & 24, 2018. Location - Carroll County Agriculture Center, 706 Agriculture Center Drive, Westminster, MD. Doors open at 8:00 am. Public admission is $2.00.
