Benefit Car Show Fundrasier for Jaclyn Squillace

RJC Charities will be holding their annual car show fundraiser on Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sayreville War Memorial High School. We have a rain date set of Sunday, June 11, 2017.
This year’s charity event is being held to support Jaclyn Squillace she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer at the age of 26. She was misdiagnosed twice before finally getting a doctor to listen to her. She was 5 months pregnant with her first child. Jaclyn underwent chemo treatments and then delivered her son 1 month early. She had a Mastectomy and has undergone radiation. She developed Lymph-edema and has a heart condition, Cardiomyopathy, due to the chemo treatments. The cancer came back at the end of 2016 and she underwent radiation again until mid-December. She had a sonogram and MRI and a mass was found, at that time we were hoping it was scar tissue. Early March of 2017 she had a Lumpectomy, as well as another Mastectomy. The cancer has shown to be resistant to both Chemotherapy and Radiation, leaving her with minimal options.
This will be our 7th year holding a fundraising car show for people in need. We are writing to you hoping that you will be able to donate to help support our cause. Your donations are greatly appreciated. Any monetary donations will be used towards our raffle prizes and gift baskets. In the past, we have also received gift certificates for products or services and items to be given out to our car show participants.
