Hot Rods and Hatters 7th Annual Car Show Festival

Hello! And thank you for participating in the 7th Annual Hot Rods and Hatters Car Show Festival! It’s going to be GREAT!



Below you will find some important information on the days ahead including events and setup times.



General Information

All car club/group members planning to park together MUST be pre-registered and arrive together. Vehicle owners not arriving with the rest of the group are subject to 1st come, 1st serve parking ONLY.

A club/group representative may reserve portions of a street block per the following:

Each club/group must provide their own parking cones to reserve HRP designated spaces.

Follow arrival & setup times schedule below.

2 complimentary wristbands will be provided to each vehicle during pre-parking Friday evening. This wristband will provide registrants FREE access to our shuttle bus services from local hotels including Plum Creek Inn, Best Western Hotel and Suites, and Lockhart Inn.

The shuttle service will be scheduling pickups from the above mentioned hotels/inns to return car owners to the downtown square.

Saturday morning service will run from 6:00am to 7:00pm.

After scheduled hotel/inn pickups the shuttle will be providing additional services for wristband registrants to/from local BBQ restaurants.

Thursday - 02/01/2018 - from 12:00 am to 8:00 am

Friday - 02/02/2018 - from 12:00 am to 8:00 am

Saturday - 02/03/2018 - from 8:00am to 7:00pm





***Club/Group Arrival & Setup Times***

Friday 02/02/2018 - Pre-parking reservations

Pre-parking reservation arrivals are from 5:00pm to 6:00pm and then again after Movie Night at 10:00pm.

Saturday 02/03/2018 - Show arrival

Club/group parking arrivals are from 7:00am to 9:00 am

Anything after 9:00am will be 1st come, 1st serve placement

Registration parking permit must be in front dash or window for entry.
