The South 40 Outdoor Expo is a showcase for everything related to the outdoors. In addition to an extensive display of outdoor products and services, the expo offers numerous educational seminars and demonstrations. The event also features a BBQ Cook-Off Championship where teams show their chops and prepare beef brisket, pork spare ribs and chicken. Other attractions include a Car Show, aquatic and archery demonstrations, an archery tournament and an area with fun kids’ activities called “Kids Country.”
