45th Annual Vintage Wheels Rod & Custom Car Show inside the heated Tom Raper building at the Wayne County Fairgrounds 861 North Salisbury Rd Richmond, In. Sat 9:00am-8:00pm, Sun 10:00am-4:00pm.
