Come to the 20th Annual Clay County Automotive & Transportation SWAP MEET October 9th, at the Clay County Fairgrounds in Spencer, IA. Over 100 vendors to buy from, and many customers to sell to. Gates open from 6:30am - 4:30pm, and vendors may begin setting up at noon on the 8th.
