WHO WOULDN’T ENJOY a day in downtown Palm Springs admiring beautiful, shiny classic cars while listening to the owners tell the story of how they lovingly restored them? Or sampling some of the world’s best chili while talking to the legendary “chiliheads” that just finished cooking it?
But wait, there’s more! Enjoy your favorite festival foods while browsing the vendor and sponsor display booths! Listen to the live band play your favorites and dance with the entire family!
Witness the trophies and/or cash prizes awarded for the winners in six car categories AND Best In Show! Or awards and cash prizes for the best chili in three categories – where the winners earn the right to compete in the International Chili Society’s World Championship Chili Cookoff in October!
Your hosts, The Knights of Columbus Council #3583, is a service organization of Catholic men serving the communities of Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. Council members donate hundreds of hours to charitable causes and raise thousands of dollars for various Coachella Valley charities.
