Toledo, OR - Car Show Cruises into Toledo



The Annual Toledo Car Show cruises into Toledo on Sunday, July 26, 2015 with hundreds of classic, antique and beautifully restored cars, trucks and motorcycles lining its Main Street. This annual event has become a favorite for car collectors, fans and spectators from far and wide. Toledo is an ideal host with its classic downhill strip and a myriad of shops along its historic business district.



The Toledo Car Show kicks off on Sunday with registration at 8:00 am when Toledo’s main drag will be closed to traffic so viewers can browse the vintage vehicles on display and take in the panorama of shops, kids events, crafts, food and a beer garden where Ultrasonic’s own DJs will be playing songs from yesteryear until 3:30 when the award winners are announced. The event itself will close at 4:00 pm.



For those interested in showing their cherished car, truck or motorcycle at the event, you can pre-register for $10 or $15 on the day. All pre-registered cars and trucks receive a commemorative dash plaque to display.



Vehicle awards will include 1st and 2nd place for the following classes: Best in Show,People’s Choice, Distance Traveled, Chinook Winds Choice, Best: 1920s, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70s or newer, Best Corvette, Best Chevy, Best Mopar, Best Ford, Best Non- US, Best Frankenstein, Best Paint, Best Engine, Best Interior, and “You Are Special” with the overall winner receiving special recognition and the coveted position on next year’s event poster.



This event is hosted by the Toledo Chamber of Commerce and is free and open to the public with support from sponsors Toledo Ace Hardware, Ultrasonic Events, Chinook Winds Casino and Mac Tools.



Come to the Toledo Car Show from 8am-4pm on Sunday, July 26, 2015 and see the variety of vintage vehicles on display along Main Street.
