Chesterfield County First Steps - Benefit Ride & Annual BBQ - Open to Motorcycles, Trucks, Cars. Event location: Pageland Community Center 1113 W. McGregor St., Pageland, SC. BBQ Sponsored by Tyson Foods. Registration $30 one rider $25 additional rider. Registration fee per rider includes one event T-shirt, one BBQ plate plus drawing for door prizes. Register by March 15 to guarantee T-shirt size availability. Riders will leave Pageland as a group at 10:00am on April 18th and travel to McBee, Cheraw, Chesterfield and return to Pageland. Lunch served to participants at 1:00pm. On-site registration on April 18th begins at 8:00am. Additional T-shirts and BBQ plates may be purchased for non-riders. Other activities include 50/50 Drawing Tickets $5 each - drawing at 1:30pm; Silent Auction - bids close at 1:15pm with winners announced at 1:30pm. Proceeds will support Blessings in a Backpack program to provide nutritional food items for at-risk children in kindergarten programs served by Chesterfield County First Steps.
