The Regional Streeters Car Club of Indiana hosts the 108th Cobe Cup Cruise on Saturday May 26, 2018 at the Lake County Fairgrounds, 889 S. Court St. Crown Point, IN. This annual event commemorates the 1909 Cobe Cup Race, a predecessor of Indianapolis 500. Registration is from 8:00am until 11:00am. The cruise leaves at noon and travels through Cedar Lake, Lowell, and Crown Point. The cost to participate is $15, spectators are free. Proceeds benefit local charities.8 awards, 100 dash plaques. The Regional Streeters is a car enthusiast organization that promotes good citizenship in the community by providing help to deserving individuals and promoting interest in street rodding as a hobby.
