The Kerens Cotton Harvest Festival is an annual event that helps fund the Public Library. The festival is a family event drawing between 200 - 3000 people. There are hot air balloons, CASI chili cook offs, vendors of all types, carnival etc. We had a great show last year and hope to do so again this year. There are numerous awards. Registration starts at 10:00 am and ends at one o'clock. awards will be at 2:00. Registration fee is $15.00
