Vettes for Vets

The car show honors our veterans living at the Minneapolis Vets Home. The 11th annual show is open to all cars and trucks.
We’ll have a raffle with some great prizes. Proceeds from the raffle, plus cash and gift card donations will be used to purchase items the vets need and to fund a steak dinner for them on Veterans Day. The vets can always use donations of socks. Last year the event raised $2,250
At the conclusion of the show Corvettes will caravan to the veterans home and serve the vets and their families root beer floats.
The National Corvette Museum Store will be coming up from Bowling Green
with a number of Corvette related items. There will also be a farmers market, and a craft show.
Come hungry. The Legion will be grilling hamburgers, brats and corn on the cob.
Entry fee: $10. Awards will be presented
When: Sunday August 19; 8:30 AM to 2 PM
