Thompson Ia is celebrating 125 years of being a good place to call home and we would love to have a Show and Shine car/truck/tractor and motorcycle show. Although no "judging" will take place we hope to have a People's Favorite prize. We would love to cover as many years as possible in showing how transportation and farm machinery has advanced over the years and let people enjoy the memories that come with that advancement. Please contact Cathy Hughes at 641-584-2768 with any questions or to let our committee know that you plan to participate. Participants may start arriving @9:00 down at the fairgrounds/old football field and the show will be open most of the day. You may also go to our facebook page and message one of the committee that way also. Sure hope to see ya as we celebrate 125 years!
