15th Annual Uptown Whittier Car Show, Saturday August 15, 9am-4pm. Applications are available online at our website, www.WhittierUptown.org or by request via email or mail. The Early-Bird fee to enter a car is only $30 until July 15th and includes a collectible T-shirt and goodie bag as well as the opportunity to enter your car into the show judging. Open to all cars, trucks, vans – classic, vintage, or new. (No motorcycles.) Multiple vehicle categories for professional judging including muscle, hot rod, truck, foreign, luxury, classic, low-rider, sports, custom, new exotic, and more. Trophies will be awarded and the top three winning cars will be featured in advertising for next year’s show. Regular entry fee from July 16 – August 7 and drive up registration will be $35 per car, but will not include the T-shirt.
The Uptown Whittier Car Show is a fun family event that attracts between 10-20,000 visitors with 400-600 cars on display in the historic Uptown Whittier business district. Attendance is free and open to the public. There will be entertainment all day at our three stage areas with live music, dancing, and several contests. We provide a Kid’s Zone area with rides and activities, a Food Court area with festival snacks and refreshments, and a variety of vendor and sponsor booths scattered throughout the venue. Hosted by Whittier Uptown Association, Whittier Area Schools Dad’s Club, and the Tribe Car Club.
