Join BGV Motorsports for The Vernon Hills Summer Celebration Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show on Saturday, August 20, from 9 am - 2 pm, at Century Park in Vernon Hills (1001 Lakeview Parkway, on the corner of Lakeview and Hawthorn Parkways), presented by Vernon Hills Summer Celebration. The gates open at 10 am. Registration goes from 9 am - 11 am with awards around 1:45 pm.
This year's event is a fundraiser for the family of Vernon Hills Police Officer, Andrew Rheintgen, who lost his battle with cancer in February 2016. The $10 vehicle entry fee, funds from auction table items and a 50/50 raffle will benefit the family.
Enjoy music by BGV Motorsports, breakfast pastries, coffee and made-to-order omelets by Taste of Paris!
Dash Plaques to the first 75 vehicles and 31 Awards, sponsored by Ernie's Wrecker Service. Ernie's will also be giving away $100 cash and a specialty award to their favorite vehicle!
