Open to American made cars and trucks 1993 and older. Special Halloween Awards. $50 Cash Award for participant's Best Adult Costume, Best Children's Costume and Best Decorated Car. New location - Wheaton VFW, 0N731 Papworth St., Wheaton, IL. Food and Beverages Available from the VFW. 50/50 to Benefit VFW. $20 Registration 9am-Noon, Awards 3pm.
