National Woodie Club

The National Woodie Club exists to promote interest in woodies; to educate owners and the public on their history, beauty, usefulness and uniqueness; and to provide an association through which woodie owners and enthusiasts may exchange information on history, building, restoration or modification techniques and share experiences. The woodie is a special kind of car, which deserves special recognition. The National Woodie Club will work toward that goal. Love wood? Membership in the National Woodie Club is open to anyone who owns, drives or simply appreciates the wooden car. The club recognizes wood-bodied cars of any year, make or model, American or foreign, original, restored or modified. You do not have to own a woodie to be a member. All members have equal rights, including the right to vote and hold club office. Membership includes a subscription to Woodie Times magazine, the official monthly publication of the National Woodie Club, Inc. This magazine is full of informative articles, photos, tech tips, events listings, contact information, parts and services suppliers, classifieds and hard to find information that every woodie enthusiast wants to know. With the annual club roster, you can find owners of cars like you haveā€”or want to buy.
