South Shore Classic Car Club
We are a not-for-profit unincorporated association of antique and classic car enthusiasts established for the pure enjoyment of its members and all who appreciate such classic beauties. The club, formerly known as the Canton Classic Car Club, was organized in 2002 by Dick Lane, Al D’Attanasio and Russ Rawding, all from Canton, Mass. The name was changed in 2009 to the South Shore Classic Car Club. The club’s sole charity is to provide funds for scholarships to honor students in the Automotive Department at the Blue Hills Regional Vocational Technical School. These funds are raised through a 50/50 raffle at each cruise night. The club has weekly cruise nights and travel cruises throughout the year. One does not have to be a member to attend and enjoy these events.
