Barron County Cruisers LLC. - Car Club

Our car club is relatively new, with 12 active members. The club motto is "restore 'em don't crush 'em". We are just under a year old and are a car club with at twist. We are a community service oriented & give back to the community. Besides doing a weekly car cruise in on Friday nights at "Subway" in Barron, WI., we have done 7 other car shows in other communities as well. We set up at no charge. Our biggest fund raiser this past year was our annual Halloween "Haunted Warehouse" set up in Rice Lake, WI. All the proceeds went toward a scholarship for someone going on in school in the autobody/automotive field. We did so well our first year, that our club is carrying two scholarship winners! At the shows we put on, we have a '60's camper we gutted out, & put our PA system & play 50's& 60's music. We have turned our club into an LLC. and are currently applying for non-profit status. Here in Dec. we already have 3 huge car shows & swap meets planned for 2009. We understand the importance of family involvement, friendship, and fun. All makes, models and ages of vehicles are welcome. We value the commitment of passing on our interests to the next generation and mentoring the curiosity to keep the hobby alive.
