1965 Chevrolet short wide bed 1/2 ton pick-up. It has the usual rocker panel kick panel area rust on it but otherwise a pretty solid truck. It seems to be a complete truck minus the rear bumper. Its got an in-line six cylinder Engine with a column shifted three speed manual Transmission. The pictures I have posted are just as the truck sets now, but I will stage the truck with 15 inch Ralley wheels with nice tires for staging purposes only and they do not come with the truck (the truck will come with the old 15 inch steel wheels with tires that hold air ). The engine turns freely and once it gets to my garage I will prep it for starting and report back to this ad with the results. The gas tank presently out the f the truck & appears to be very solid and clean inside and out from what I can see without my scope on a wand. As you can see the rockers, lower front fender flag areas and a few areas on the lower part of the tailgate are the only areas of rust that will need repair/replacement metal.
I dont know much about the electrical system on the truck yet but if there is a problem it cant be too difficult to repair/replace. The door windows crank up and down easily and the wing windows move freely but the latches are gone. The painted front bumper is intact and in pretty good shape & the painted grille and headlight bezels are excellent. If I remember right the radiator was full of antifreeze.
The truck will come with a good/current Kansas antique title & w/our business name printed on the front of the title by the state of Kansas.
