There's a lot of work, play, and all-around fun in this 1983 GMC C1500. That's because this has all the right features you want, like a custom A/C interior, overdrive transmission, and upgraded V8 power.
The red and white two-tone exterior has the all-American appeal of a Coca-Cola bottle. And it's a detailed package, including the premium trim used to separate the two-colors along the body and the full-length coordinating white pinstripe. This one really has a nice classic look, all the way down to the hood ornament. But nothing is so overdone that you won't be afraid to make sure this pickup also earns its keep. After all, this has a proper trailer hitch. And beneath the smooth tonneau cover is an attractive red color that's also rugged liner paint.
The interior has been given plenty of investment to keep this classic feeling quite comfortable. For example, you have late-model high-back bucket seats with plenty of bolstering and finished in a supple leather. In-between is an armrest center console with cup holders. You have some great factory features like power windows, power locks, and a tilt steering column. The dash wraps around you like a sports car, and it makes it an easy reach to the controls for the cold-blowing air condition and retro-style AM/FM digital tuner with aux input. The pinstriping on the dash adds extra style to the interior, and the auxiliary gauge trio gives you better info on what's going in the engine bay.
Under the hood is a 350 cubic-inch crate motor. This fresher V8 inhales deeply with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor. It also exhales with added authority with headers. Overall, it's the kind of strong-running package you want in any pickup. Plus, the transmission is a 700R4 four-speed unit with highway-friendly overdrive. When combined with power steering and power brakes w/discs up front, it makes for a GMC that's easy to enjoy for trips near or far.
Complete with owner's manual, this is the classic GMC with the right upgrades and nice price. So you know you want to check out this deal. Call today!!!
