DESCRIPTION

1988 Chevy R30 Crew Cab Square Body Chevy Truck Rear wheel drive 1-Ton Dually 454 TBI Big Block TH400 Trans 17\' Wheels/Tires Great running daily driver condition List of new parts installed over the last few months (im probably forgetting some things): Exhaust manifolds Dual stainless steel exhaust (sounds good, but not loud AF) Complete suspension front and rear springs, shocks, bushings, steering componets, control arms, etc Ignition System - control module, distibutor cap, rotar, plugs, wires Fuel pumps in both tanks EGR valve Thermostat Water pump Radiator hoses Fan clutch Rear bumper Window felts on all doors All fluids exchanged History: I dont know much, I purchased out of Indianpolis July 2022 - Judging by the condition of the body, it looks to have spent most of its life out of the rust belt. Vin comes back as an 1986 with a straight 6 engine, yet it has the FI 454 which werent in production untill 1988. I dont know why this is, possibly a cab swap but i cant say for sure. Body: Damage - RH dually fender is broken along bottom front edge. LH front fender has slight dent in the wheel lip area. Tailgate and headboard are beat up, otherwise tailgate works well. A few small dings here and there. Rust is limited to very minimal surface rust and nothing is rotted out. Truck has orginal rockers, floors, and doors. All glass is in good shape, nothing broken or pitted Engine and drivetrain: No leaks anywhere! Engine starts right up with no issues or noises. Trans shifts like it should and goes in and out of gears wihout issue. No drive line noises or vibrations. Odometer is operational and shows 15,202 and im sure its rolled over once or twice. Driveability: Very smoth overall, however there is a slight hop or bounce that comes and goes at highway speeds. I think is due to tires being out of round or not ballanced well. Im confident that new tires will solve this issue. The tires currently on the truck are getting low on tread, but still have life left in them
