The right vintage truck is a mix of style, ability, features, and value. That's what gets us excited about this 1987 Dodge Power Ram 4x4. With its sharp exterior styling, loaded interior, upgraded V8 power, and all the right truck extras, it offers a lot to love.
The dark sliver color has timeless style, especially with a quality respray later in life and a nice hint of metallic. It gives this a premium look, especially with the full-length side trim that like to showcase the straightness of the sheetmetal. Bright chrome bumpers, upgraded Ion Alloy wheels, and the bold ram hood ornament leading the way all give this a memorable presence. The total presentation looks great, but it's also not overdone so that you'd be afraid to keep this pickup working. After all, usability is also the allure of a proper vintage truck. That's why you have the tall 4x4 stance, a bed toolbox, large trailering mirrors, and a full trailer hitch. And when you look in the bed, you'll even spot a hide-away gooseneck for extra ability you don't find in all pickups.
Inside is a tasteful gray package that harmonizes with the exterior silver. A clean dash w/pad, rugged rubber floor mat, and a recovered velour seat give you a nice mix of comfort and usability. This is loaded with the right features, including an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo, trailer brake control, tinted windows, and a Grant GT sports steering wheel on a tilt column. Side vent windows and sliding rear glass deliver that ideal classic old-school breeze through the cab. And whenever that's not enough, the air conditioning is blowing cold with modern R134a refrigerant.
Under the hood is proper Dodge power. The 318 cubic-inch V8 already has a reputation for being a fine powerhouse, and this one has been upgraded with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake. Newer wires and the cool hammered finish of the black valve covers and air grabber are all signals of some more nice investments under the hood. But the true sign of proper care is how this one fires up and runs strong. The two-speed transfer case gives you true go-anywhere 4x4 ability. But for those times when you just want to enjoy the byways, this has easy driving features, like a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes w/discs up front.
The sale comes complete with the owner's manual and maintenance records. This Ram is distinct, useful, powerful, comfortable, and affordable. So you know you don't want to miss this 4x4 deal. Call today!!!
