800 Derita Road, Ste. A
A 1979 Chevrolet Corvette with a cool custom color, V8 power, and a loaded interior always has plenty of appeal. And that only gets better when you check out the value price.
The '79 was one of the coolest designs around. The fastback profile, color-matched bumpers, and single-piece rear all came together here. They even upgraded the color later in life to Orange Metallic Pearl. It's one of those vibrant shades that walks the line between red and orange. The finish was done far enough back that it won't make you nervous driving it, and it still has a nice look when the sunshine hits this custom metallic application. And the bright rockers and polished aluminum wheels go nicely with this look. There are even some subtle custom elements like the bullet-style taillights and the bright dual exhaust tips.
Black interiors always provide a tasteful contrast to bright exteriors. So that makes it even more fun to go driving with the T-tops out. And the added wood-like trim gives this an upscale look. You've got all the right premium features, like power windows, power locks, a tilt/telescopic wheel, provisions for factory air conditioning (will need servicing), and an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo with an aux input for the best in modern driving tunes. And driving is what this one really does best. You have the leather bucket seats, an updated sports steering wheel, a large speedo and tach directly in front of you, and the auxiliary readout are placed in the center of the dash so they're always easily seen.
While the 350 cubic-inch motor was the engine of choice for the '79, this one turns it up a notch. It's quite a clean-looking V8 that has been enhanced with the right go-fast goodies like a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Performer intake, Mallory ignition, and headers that add power while adding to the rumble of the dual exhaust. This upgraded power allows you to enjoy the fully independent sports suspension to the fullest. Plus, you have all the right anytime driving features, like a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and four-wheel power disc brakes.
This is a great V8 classic offered for a great price. So you know you need to get your hands on this deal. Call now!
