No Reserve Classics is proud to present to you our 1968 Ford Mustang 390 Fastback Restomod for $89,995! The 1967 and 1968 Ford Mustangs are regarded as the quintessential classic pony car. Between the slick sloping fastback, slightly larger stature, and a top performer since day one, it caught the attention of everyone 50 years ago and it will proudly do the same today! This coveted pony is the beneficiary of a full frame-off restoration as it looks beautiful and straight with its Wimbledon White with painted Blue Stripes! Underneath the hood of this Mustang lies the Ford 390ci FE Motor that is stunningly dressed with a Holley 4BBL Carb, Edelbrock Intake Manifold and Aluminum Heads, and a March Serpentine Kit. Behind the motor is the correct Toploader 4-Speed Manual Transmission that is a pleasure to shift through. Power meets the pavement with the tough Ford 9" Rear End spinning these 15" Magnum Style wheels. Open this Fastback's doors and you'll find nostalgic Detroit styling in the wonderfully restored all Blue vinyl interior. Well-cushioned and maintained seats are perfect for a comfortable ride. The vintage aura continues through the dash with its mixture of Woodgrain trim and analog gauges. And although it looks factory, this classic Mustang has been upgraded to a RetroSound radio and Speakers! If you're looking for a staple of American history, then look no further than this beautiful 1968 Ford Mustang 390 Fastback Restomod!
As always, if you're an extremely interested buyer and are not quite yet convinced about the condition of our vehicle, we not only welcome inspections but we encourage them! There's a lot to be said about this car, and we're certain that this 1968 Ford Mustang 390 Fastback Restomod will be a highly sought after classic car. Please note that this is our preliminary listing and we still plan on having new additions to the car.
Overall this 1968 Ford Mustang 390 Fastback Restomod presents itself with show-stopping looks, appeal, and drives incredibly well with all of the upgrades it has seen. However, please keep in mind that this car is a complete restomod with none of the factory drivetrain components. Although we try to do our very best to be accurate in our description writing, we are human and do make mistakes.
Although this car looks absolutely stunning, please understand that this is still a 50 year old car with imperfections as it wasn't restored yesterday and has some mileage since the build. As with all classic cars, it will need odds and ends down the road as you begin to drive it more often but still nonetheless an iconic and one of the most sought-after classic cars that you will be proud to own and very happy to drive in!
