1 ASPEN RD.
This gorgeous 1939 Ford Coupe is the very definition of HOT ROD!! With a built 383CI SBC under the hood featuring a lumpy Comp Cam, AFR aluminum heads, 10.5:1 compression, forged crankshaft and connecting rods, nitrous pistons, 4-bolt mains, MSD ignition, and a NOS cheater system, this baby has all the GO you could ever wish for! Touch the throttle and she is right there, however this combination is docile enough to be comfortably streeted. This sweetheart makes the bark to go with the bite courtesy of long tube headers, and a true dual exhaust system with electronic cut outs. When they're closed, it's quiet enough to have a conversation within, but open those cut outs up and this hot rod will rattle the windows. All that nasty power goes through a performance built 700R4 automatic transmission with a mild stall converter, and on back to a custom built Ford 9 rear axle. Getting this baby to hook is easy with the 18.5 Hoosier street radials wrapped around custom billet aluminum wheels. The frame is a custom hand built unit that utilizes a Mustang II front end with coil overs all the way around. On the outside, this custom 39' draws looks like nothing else on the road. With bright red paint accented with custom airbrushed and pin striped flames, this classic Ford will get you noticed. Shrinking violets need not apply!! The body and fenders are real classic steel, while the running boards are fiberglass units. Door open suicide style, and so does the fuel door! Black painted mirrors offer some contrast, however red painted units are included with the sale. A frenched in radio antenna keeps the look clean when the power is off, and LED taillights add a little touch of modern to this classic. The interior is all done up in bright red leather with a custom painted dash, billet aluminum dash guage bezel and stereo surround, and a solid billet aluminum steering wheel. Pedals are also aluminum, and look very nice contrasting with the beautiful red carpets. While you may prefer to just listen to the engine noises, this hot rod comes with a powerful sound system featuring an AM/FM/ CD stereo with a 1600W amp and a 10 subwoofer, just to make sure you can hear it over the engine if you like. Power windows make picking up a burger from the drive thru window an easy task! This is a truly nice classic Ford, and it was nominated for the Minnesota Street Rod Association street rod of the year in 2007, Car Craft Award of Excellence in 2008, and took best of class at the World of Wheels show in St. Paul, MN in 2008 and 2009. It is THAT nice! If you want a hot rod that is ready to cruise and show, this is you! Stop in to our showroom today or email [email protected] to put this dream in your driveway!
