This car was believed to be an authentic GTO for as far back as we can trace, however it must've been converted to a clone very early on in its life, as PHS documentation shows that it started as a well-optioned base Lemans without the GTO option.
Professionally-performed frame-off restoration performed in the late 1990s, it has been garage-kept ever since.
