GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this custom-built 1987 track car Chevy Camaro for your consideration. Owned and built by an obsessive engineer. Have records for everything in the car. Appeared in Hot Rod 4 times. 8-page feature in September 2012, 3rd Gen car for "50 years of the Camaro" July 2016, and 2 other appearances. Appeared in Bangshift, Speed Hunters, 1320video.com

Was at SEMA in 2011. Joe Rogan called it "the baddest 3rd gen he's ever seen"

Hot Rod Power Tour in 2011 and 2012. I posted many build threads on www.frrax.com. Very well documented.

Primary cage structure made from 1.75x0.095" DOM, (NASA <3000lbs, SCCA >2700)

Additional cage structure for increased rigidity and safety. Triangulation from front strut mount to rear shock mount creates one of the stiffest 3rd gens ever built, if not the stiffest.

TIG welded

All unnecessary sheet metal brackets removed for weight savings.

"16 oz in a pound" rule applied throughout the car.
